This little fairy is shocked by a snail crawling up next to her. She has beautiful wings and has probably been hanging around the pond in the garden keeping the Koi company.

Stone Mask Efigy

The Native American Room at the Enchanted Faerie features the "Stone Mask Effigy" seen at the left. It is from Mexico and is over 50 years old. This mask was formally on display in The Parthenon Museum in Nashville, TN. The price for the mask is $79.

Enchanted Faerie has a varied selection of Native American art and artifacts. The Ashton-Drake statues pictured here are lovely and would make a great gift to any collector.

The statue on the second shelf is called "Spirit Being" by a Cherokee artist, Shattuck Capino. It features deer vertebra, skin, ribs and feathers with a dream catcher and is considered a contemporary style.

Singing Bowls

Enchanted Faerie has Tibetan Singing Bowls!! Used as support for meditation, trance induction and prayer in the Buddhist practice. We are fortunate to have a selection of brass and mixed metals bowls.

Singing bowls are played by the friction of rubbing a wooden, plastic or leather mallet around the rim of the bowl to produce overtones and a continuous 'singing sound'. Stop by to play one. They are very soothing.

Mother's Day at The Enchanted Fairy

The labryinth at The Enchanted Fairy is beautiful now. Stop by for a stroll to see the roses and iris in bloom.

In the pond around the fountain you will see the red and silver flash of koi fish. They are very active, trying to hide behind the growing lily plants.

Native American Medicine Wheel

Behind the Enchanted Faerie lives a Native American Medicine Wheel in a soothing garden setting. All are welcome to enjoy the comfort of this beautiful, tranquil space. Anyone may enter by the eastern iron gate adjacent to the Enchanted Faerie by following the staircase.

To reach the Medicine Wheel walk all the way to the back of the gardens. The native bird songs will welcome you as you stroll past the Koi fish pond. The trickling water of the fountain will begin your process of relaxation.

It is the custom to say a prayer to the 6 directions, earth and sky upon entering. Please observe that this is a scared space.

Caterpillars Invade!

Three caterpillars have decided to make the Enchanted Faerie their home. Since they are so sweet and friendly we decided to let them stay.

I know they are getting bored and need to make new friends, so stop in to say hello. A couple of their friends have already gone home with regular guests. They may even want to go home with you.

Enchanted Faerie has three. This photo does not show the true beauty and color of the amethyst. You must come into the store to see them. We only have three. They range in size from one and a half feet to two feet tall.

Kyanite Blades

Enchanted Faerie just received beautiful Kyanite blades. Many of the blades have a deep blue color. Great for meditation or wire wrapping to wear on a chain.

Native American Flutes

Enchanted Fairy has Grand Canyon Flutes. These flutes are handcrafted and made in Native American style by Windpony.

The flutes are made of either poplar, walnut or the more traditional cedar.

Speaking of candles, you can pick up "Eye Of the Day" candles in many colors at the Enchanted Faerie. Ceramic candle holders are available to fit the "Eye Of the Day" candles. The holders have the goddess symbol printed on the front. These are especially good if you have a space limitation or just like small things. The candles are approximately 4 inches tall and less than a half inch in diameter.

My favorite candle is the "Crystal Journey" candle, a Reiki charged energy candle. At this time, the Good Health and Money candles are in stock from the "Crystal Journey" brand.

The Money candle is, of course, green. The fragrance blend is nutmeg, clove, citronella, cinnamon, myrrh and rain. The Good Health candle is blue and the fragrance blend is clove, nutmeg, lemon balm, poppy seed, cedar, honeysuckle and juniper.

All the Enchanted Faerie candles can be used in meditation.

Fairy Books

The book shelf in the Enchanted Faerie contains several books designed to introduce you to the Faerie kingdom. They are very inspiring......

Betty Bib's Fairy Handbook, A Field Guide to Fairies and their Habitats, is very inspiring. Just looking through the fairy directory in this book, at the beautiful types of fairies, gave me a bit of garden fever. Now, on the way home, I have to stop by a garden store to smell the potting soil, touch the growing things, possibly catch a glimpse of a fairy hiding among the flowers.

Believing In Faeries, A Manual For Grown Ups, by Marcia Zina Mager, takes you on a journey through the Faerie realm. Faery Secrets, and Faery Time are explained in great detail to help us grow closer to faeries. The Hidden Faerie Kingdom is described as existing within nature. The seven shimmering doors to the hidden kingdom are described as: Naming, Touching, Listening, Seeing, Being, and Knowing. If you read this book you will open to the faerie realm, you may feel their presence and if you are really lucky, catch a glimpse of a faerie peeking at you from a winter blooming Lenten Rose, otherwise known as the hellebore.

Ruby In Zoisite

Ruby in Zoisite is a very beautiful and colorful stone. The Enchanted Faerie has a ruby in zoisite pendant in sterling silver, the red and green colors are very pretty.

You really need to come into the store to see the true beauty of the stone. When held under light you can see the outline of the crystal shape of the ruby. A photo was posted of the pendant on December 14. It's the very last photo on that post.
